Fluos 1kW (S0023)

An oddity about this luminaire: it doesn't have a power cable, instead, you use an extension cord (Belgian standard) connected directly on a plug mounted on the back of the lantern.

To replace the lamp, the only access is by removing the front lens, a stressful operation!

It is equipped with a really nice brass lamp holder (E40).

The brand Fluos seems to be from Brussels (Belgium), but doesn't exist any more.

Seing the integrated base plate, it seems this light as used for film and picture lighting. The yoke is also equipped with a spigot to mount the light on a stand, but it's a non-standard spigot.
